इंटरनेट डेस्क। लोकसभा चुनाव को लेकर पीएम मोदी इन दिनों राजस्थान में विशेष रूप से सक्रियता दिखा रहे हैं। पीएम मोदी राजस्थान में लगातार चुनावी सभा कर रहे हैं। पीएम मोदी आज राजस्थान में पहली बार ऐसा करने जा रहे हैं, जो उन्होंने अभी तक लोकसभा चुनाव 2024 के प्रचार के दौरान नहीं किया था।

पीएम मोदी आज राजस्थान की राजधानी जयपुर के पास के जिले में रोड शो करेंगे। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज लगातार दूसरे दिन राजस्थान के दौरे पर रहेंगे। गुरुवार को करौली में चुनाव सभा करने के बाद पीएम मोदी आज बाड़मेर में चुनावी रैली को संबोधित करने के बाद दौसा में रोड शो करेंगे।

खबरों के अनुसार, पीएम मोदी का आज दौसा में शाम पांच बजे आने का कार्यक्रम है। यहां पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के विशेष स्वागत के लिए 100 स्वागत गेट बनाए गए हैं। वहीं 10 स्थानों पर लोक सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया जाएगा। विशेष बात ये है कि यहां 2 मिनट पीएम मोदी का रोड शो रुकेगा।

इंटरनेट डेस्क। कांग्रेस के पूर्व राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने लोकसभा चुनाव को लेकर राजस्थान में गुरुवार के पहली बार चुनावी सभा को संबोधित किया है। राजस्थान के अनुपगढ़ में आयोजित जनसभा के दौरान राहुल गांधी ने केन्द्र की नरेन्द्र मोदी सरकार पर जमकर निशाना साधा है। इस दौरान कांग्रेस नेता ने बोल दिया कि कांग्रेस की सरकार बनी तो देश के हर गरीब परिवार की महिला के खाते में हर साल एक लाख रुपया दिया जाएगा।

राहुल गांधी ने इस दौरान बोल दिया कि इस बार का लोकसभा चुनाव लोकतंत्र और संविधान को बचाने का है। उन्होंने इस दौरान चुनावी बांड योजना को लेकर भी भाजपा पर जमकर निशाना साधा है। राहुल गांधी ने सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से भी यहीं बात कही है। उन्होंने देश में बढ़ रही महंगाई को लेकर मोदी सरकार पर निशाना साधा है।

देश से अपना रिपोर्ट कार्ड छिपा रहे हैं नरेंद्र मोदी
राहुल गांधी ने इस संबंध में ट्वीट किया कि इस कमरतोड़ महंगाई में, रिकॉर्ड तोड़ बेरोजगारी आम जनता पर दोहरी मार है और यही आज देश के लिए दो सबसे बड़े मुद्दे हैं। मीडिया मोदी की बात दिखा कर मुद्दे की बात छिपाने की कोशिश करता है, ताकि भाजपा सरकार का सच जनता के सामने न आए। नरेंद्र मोदी देश से अपना रिपोर्ट कार्ड छिपा रहे हैं, जिसमें वह हर सब्जेक्ट में फेल हैं और जनता अब उनकी क्लास लगाने को तैयार बैठी है। वहीं हम गरीब परिवार की महिलाओं को ₹1 लाख/साल यानी ₹8,500/महीना दे कर देश को गरीबी के दलदल से बाहर निकाल कर दिखाएंगे। यह कांग्रेस की गारंटी है।

बाड़मेर में आज होने वाली प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की रैली में मानवेंद्र सिंह जसोल भाजपा की सदस्यता ग्रहण कर सकते हैं। अगर ऐसा होता है तो ये कांग्रेस के लिए राजस्थान में एक और बड़ा झटका साबित होगा। मानवेंद्र सिंह जसोल के इस कदम से बाड़मेर लोकसभा सीट पर निर्दलीय चुनाव लड़ रहे रवीन्द्र सिंह भाटी की टेंशन भी बढ़ जाएगी।

मानवेंद्र सिंह जसोल के भाजपा में शामिल होने से यहां पर भाजपा को राजपूत समाज का समर्थन मिल जाएगा। पूर्व केन्द्रीय मंत्री जसवंत सिंह जसोल के बेटे मानवेंद्र सिंह जसोल राजस्थान के इस क्षेत्र सेतीन बार चुनाव लड़ चुके हैं।

इंटरनेट डेस्क। कांग्रेस की ओर से अभी तक रायबरेली और अमेठी से अपने उम्मीदवारों के नाम ऐलान नहीं किया गया है। इन दोनों ही सीटों पर लम्बे समय से गांधी परिवार के लोग कांग्रेस की ओर से उम्मीदवार बनते रहे हैं। अब इन दोनों ही सीटों को लेकर दिग्गज कांग्रेस नेता और सीडब्ल्यूसी सदस्य एके एंटनी ने बड़ी बात कही है।

उन्होंने एक टीवी चैनल से बात करते हुए संकेत दिए हैं कि इन सीटों से कांग्रेस की ओर से उम्मीदवार कौन हो सकता है। इस दौरान एके एंटनी कहा है कि गांधी परिवार से एक ही व्यक्ति उत्तर प्रदेश में रायबरेली या अमेठी से चुनाव लड़ेगा।

इस दौरान सीडब्ल्यूसी सदस्य एके एंटनी से पूछा गया कि क्या गांधी परिवार का कोई सदस्य पारंपरिक सीट से चुनाव लड़ेगा। इस पर कांग्रेस के इस दिग्गज नेता ने कहा कि हां, एक होगा। जब उनसे पूछा गया कि क्या वह रॉबर्ट वाड्रा होंगे, तो कांग्रेस के इस अनुभव नेता ने कहा कि या तो राहुल या प्रियंका। अब आने वाला समय ही बनाएगा कि कांग्रेस की ओर से इन दोनों ही सीटों पर किसे उम्मीदवार बनाया जाता है।

वायनाड सीट से नामांकन दाखिल कर चुके हैं राहुल गांधी
गौरतलब है कि कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने केरल की वायनाड से सीट से नामांकन दाखिल किया है। वह अभी इसी सीट से मौजूदा सांसद है। राहुल गांधी को पिछल बार अमेठी सीट से भारतीय जनता पार्टी की उम्मीदवार स्मृति ईरानी से हार का सामना करना पड़ा था।

भाजपा ने स्मृति ईरानी को बनाया है अमेठी से उम्मीदवार
भाजपा की ओर से स्मृति ईरानी को एक बार फिर से इस सीट से उम्मीदवार बनाया गया है। अब देखने वाली बात होगी कि क्या इस सीट से एक बार फिर से राहुल गांधी और स्मृति ईरानी के बीच टक्कर होगी या इस बार प्रियंका गांधी इस सीट पर कांग्रेस की ओर से चुनौती पेश करेंगी।

The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) will conclude the online application process for recruitment to the posts of Veterinary Officer/ Block Veterinary Officer, Class-B, Class-I (Jr. Grade) under Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Department, Assam, Guwahati today, April 10. Eligible candidates can apply for the exams on the official website apsc.nic.in. The last date to pay the fee is April 12, 2024.

The recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 37 VO/ BVO posts.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: 21 years to 38 years as on January 1, 2024.

Educational Qualification: A candidate must have at least a Degree in Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science from any recognized University/ Institution.

The application fee inclusive of all charges to be paid by General category candidates is Rs 297.20; for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC category candidates is Rs 197.20. However, BPL and PwBD candidates will only be charged a processing fee of Rs 47.20.

The wellness movement appears to have the answers that our burnt-out minds need. However, psychological research and practice suggests that a superficial focus on candles, juice cleanses, and a “good vibes only” approach to life is unlikely to create meaningful changes to your wellbeing.

It’s not a surprise that wellness culture has become so popular, especially among women and young people. A US$4.4 trillion (£3.5 trillion) wellness industry promises that clean beauty, clean eating and energy-boosting supplements will provide happiness, meaning and a stress-free existence. But if wellness can be bought, why aren’t we all happier?

Purchases may make us happy (and even reduce some lingering sadness) but genuine changes to wellbeing are probably limited. In fact, feminist critics, journalists and psychologists have expressed concerns that wellness culture may exacerbate destructive perfectionism, promote an unhealthy relationship with our bodies, and even draw people into conspiracy theories and multi-level marketing scams.

Wellness culture focuses on what feels good for you as an individual, providing only a surface level experience of wellbeing. Mihalyi Csikszentmihalyi, one of the founders of the positive psychology movement, said in his 1991 book Flow, that “it is by being fully involved with every detail of our lives, whether good or bad, that we find happiness”.

The Bengal Delta is undergoing significant changes, characterised by rising salinity levels. As the world’s largest delta – and home to over 100 million people across India and Bangladesh – these changes have large social, economic and political significance.

India’s recent political controversy in Sandeshkhali, West Bengal, highlights how adaptation to deal with rising salinity can go badly wrong: alleged landgrabs, economic oppression, and abuse.

The key adaptation response to higher salinity in the Bengal Delta has been the transition to brackish water aquaculture, particularly focusing on shrimp-led growth.

But the Sandeshkhali situation highlights that, unless we pay attention to the political economy (who has access to resources, and who can allocate them), such adaptation measures may exacerbate existing inequalities and forge an unjust transition.

High salinity, fish farms

Sandeshkhali is located north of the Indian Sundarbans region. This landscape is undergoing rapid and irreversible social-ecological change due to an increase in water salinity; the availability of freshwater for human use and ecosystems is shrinking.

A Delhi court on Tuesday extended the judicial custody of Bharat Rashtra Samithi leader K Kavitha till April 23 in the Delhi liquor policy case, reported PTI.

Kavitha, the daughter of former Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, was denied interim bail in the case a day earlier.

She was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate from her Hyderabad residence on March 15. On March 26, she was sent to judicial custody till April 9 after the agency said her further custodial interrogation was not required.

The Enforcement Directorate has alleged that Kavitha, among others, conspired with senior Aam Aadmi Party leaders, including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his former deputy Manish Sisodia, to secure favours in the formulation and implementation of the now-scrapped liquor excise policy of the national capital.

Kavitha is alleged to be a part of a so-called South Group that paid “Rs 100 crore to the leaders of AAP” in exchange for favours related to the policy through businessman Vijay Nair.

On Monday, Senior Advocate Abhishek Singhvi, representing Kavitha, referred to section 45 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and said that it allowed courts to grant interim relief to women accused in such cases despite the rigorous bail conditions under the Act.
