इंटरनेट डेस्क। देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी देश को एक और नई सौगात देने जा रहे है, देश को आज एक और नई वंदे भारत ट्रेन मिलने वाली है। हावड़ा से पुरी के बीच चलने वाली यह देश की 17वीं वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन होगी। इस वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस का पुरी से हावड़ा तक इनोग्यूरल रन 18 मई यानी आज होगा।
जानकारी के अनुसार प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज हरी झंडी दिखाकर हावड़ा-पुरी वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस को रवाना करेंगे। पश्चिम बंगाल के लिए यह दूसरी वंदे भारत ट्रेन है। ट्रेन की टाइमिंग की बात करें तो यह पुरी से 1 बजे रवाना होगी।
जानकारी के अनुसार हावड़ा-पुरी वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस एक हफ्ते में 6 दिन चलेगी। इस ट्रेन में 16 कोच होंगे। इनमें टीसी-4, एमसी-8, डीटीसी-2 और एनडीटीसी के 2 कोच होंगे। खबरों की माने तो देश की यह 17वीं वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस हावड़ा और पुरी के बीच 6 घंटों में 520 किलोमीटर की दूरी तय करने वाली है।

A day after the Supreme Court told the Enforcement Directorate not to create an “atmosphere of fear”, the Congress on Wednesday asked the Narendra Modi-led Central government to pay heed to the court’s remarks.

The Chhattisgarh government had alleged that the Enforcement Directorate was threatening officials of the state excise department and their family members with arrest in an attempt to implicate the chief minister.
On Wednesday, Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh said that Bharatiya Janata Party should stop wasting government resources to harass political rivals on trumped-up charges.
“ED is Enforcement Directorate, not Elimination Department to do away with political opponents,” Ramesh said.
The development comes at a time when the Opposition parties have repeatedly accused the BJP government of using central agencies in an arbitrary manner to arrest their leaders.
The Delhi High Court on Wednesday refused to pass an interim order in favour of Bharatiya Janata Party MP Gautam Gambhir in a defamation suit filed by him against Hindi newspaper Punjab Kesari.
“You are an elected person, a public servant, you need not be so sensitive,” Justice Chandra Dhari Singh said, The Indian Express reported. “Any public person should be thick-skinned…Nowadays judges should also be thick-skinned.”
In his defamation plea, the cricketer-turned-politician sought Rs 2 crore in damages from the newspaper for publishing “false and malicious” articles about him, according to PTI. Gambhir had urged the court to direct Punjab Kesari to tender an unconditional apology and publish it in all the newspapers circulated by the group.
He had also sought removal of the allegedly defamatory articles from the newspaper’s website.
At Wednesday’s hearing, Justice Singh said that the articles highlighted by Gambhir gave an impression that the reporter of the newspaper was after him and that some of the words used for the BJP leader may not be appropriate, reported Bar and Bench.

नयी दिल्ली। दिल्ली के शास्त्री पार्क इलाके में बुधवार को एक झुग्गी-बस्ती में आग लग जाने से कम से कम 15 झुग्गियां जलकर राख हो गईं।
दिल्ली दमकल विभाग (डीएफएस) के अधिकारियों ने यह जानकारी दी। इस घटना में किसी के हताहत होने की कोई सूचना नहीं है।विभाग के एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि आग लगने की सूचना दोपहर करीब बारह बजकर 10 मिनट पर मिली और 12 दमकल वाहनों को मौके पर भेजा गया।
विभाग के अनुसार एक झुग्गी में आग लगी जो आसपास की अन्य झुग्गियों तक फैल गयी जिससे कई सिलेंडर विस्फोट भी हुए।एक वरिष्ठ अग्निशमन अधिकारी ने कहा, ;;इस आग में कम से कम 15 झुग्गियां जलकर राख हो गयीं और कई सिलेंडरों में विस्फोट हुआ। डीएफएस के निदेशक अतुल गर्ग ने कहा कि वैसे तो आग पर नियंत्रण पा लिया गया है लेकिन कई सिलेंडर धमाकों की वजह से उसे संभालने में मुश्किल आयी।
नयी दिल्ली। आवास वित्त कंपनी एलआईसी हाउसिंग फाइनेंस लि. का एकल आधार पर शुद्ध लाभ बीते वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 की मार्च में समाप्त चौथी तिमाही में 5.51 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 1,180.28 करोड़ रुपये रहा है।
कंपनी ने मंगलवार को बयान में यह जानकारी दी। इससे पूर्व वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 की इसी तिमाही में कंपनी का शुद्ध लाभ 1,118.64 करोड़ रुपये था।एलआईसी हाउसिंग फाइनेंस की परिचालन आय मार्च, 2023 को समाप्त तिमाही में 21.05 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 6,415.11 करोड़ रुपये रही, जो एक साल पहले इसी तिमाही में 5,299.66 करोड़ रुपये थी।
बयान के अनुसार, पूरे वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 में कंपनी का शुद्ध लाभ 26.40 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 2,891.03 करोड़ रुपये रहा। इससे पूर्व वित्त वर्ष में यह 2,287.28 करोड़ रुपये था।आलोच्य वित्त वर्ष में परिचालन आय 13.75 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 22,656.95 करोड़ रुपये रही जो इससे पूर्व वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 में 19,919.07 करोड़ रुपये थी।कंपनी के निदेशक मंडल ने दो रुपये अंकित मूल्य के शेयर पर 425 प्रतिशत (8.5 रुपये प्रति शेयर) के लाभांश की सिफारिश की है।
नयी दिल्ली। भारत और पाकिस्तान की फुटबॉल टीम लगभग पांच साल बाद आपस में भिड़ती नजर आएंगी क्योंकि दोनों पड़ोसी देशों को बेंगलुरू में 21 जून से चार जुलाई तक होने वाले सैफ कप के लिए समान ग्रुप में रखा गया है।
दक्षिण एशियाई फुटबॉल महासंघ (सैफ) कप के 14वें टूर्नामेंट का ड्रॉ बुधवार को यहां हुआ जिसमें गत चैंपियन भारत, पाकिस्तान, कुवैत और नेपाल को ग्रुप ए में जगह मिली जबकि लेबनान, मालदीव, बांग्लादेश और भूटान को ग्रुप बी में रखा गया है।ग्रुप मुकाबले राउंड रोबिन प्रारूप के आधार पर खेले जाएंगे और प्रत्येक ग्रुप में शीर्ष पर रहने वाली दो टीम सेमीफाइनल में जगह बनाएंगी। आठ देशों का यह टूर्नामेंट कांतीर्वा स्टेडियम में खेला जाएगा।

नोएडा। उत्तर प्रदेश के गौतमबुद्ध नगर जिले के दादरी थाना क्षेत्र में हुए सड़क हादसे में बुधवार को एक व्यक्ति की मौत हो गई। पुलिस ने शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया है। पुलिस ने इसकी जानकारी दी।
दादरी के थाना प्रभारी सुजीत उपाध्याय ने बताया कि थाना क्षेत्र में आज सुबह हुए सड़क हादसे में प्रवीण नामक व्यक्ति गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया।उन्होंने बताया कि पुलिस ने घायल व्यक्ति को नोएडा के सेक्टर 39 स्थित जिला अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया, जहां पर उपचार के दौरान उसकी मौत हो गई।पुलिस ने बताया कि इससे पहले सड़क हादसे में मंगलवार को घायल हुई छात्रा का उपचार के दौरान मौत हो गयी।
उन्होंने बताया कि जनपद बुलंदशहर की रहने वाली छात्रा अपने दोस्त नीरज के साथ कार में सवार होकर जा रही थी, तभी बुलंदशहर के छतारी के पास एक अज्ञात ट्रक ने उनकी कार को टक्कर मार दिया।उन्होंने बताया कि कल रात हुये हादसे में गंभीर रूप से घायल छात्रा को उपचार के लिए नोएडा के एक अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया गया, जहां डॉक्टरों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया।उन्होंने बताया कि पुलिस ने दोनों शवों को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया है।
नयी दिल्ली।ऑनलाइन रिफंड में मदद की आड़ में लोगों से ठगी करने के आरोप में 23 वर्षीय एक युवक को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।
पुलिस ने बुधवार को यह जानकारी दी। आरोपी की पहचान दिलीप कुमार जेना के तौर पर की गई है जो ओडिशा का रहने वाला है।पुलिस के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने बताया कि 12 अप्रैल को एक मामला दर्ज किया गया था जिसमें शिकायतकर्ता ने आरोप लगाया था कि वह एक फिनटेक कंपनी के कस्टमर केयर का नंबर ऑनलाइन तलाश रहा था और इसी दौरान उसे एक संस्था का नंबर मिला और उसने उन्हें फोन किया।
पुलिस ने बताया कि आरोपी व्यक्ति ने शिकायतकर्ता को व्हाट्सऐप पर एक लिंक भेजा और उसे खोलने के लिए कहा। लिंक को खोलते ही पीड़ित के खाते से दो लाख रुपये निकल गए।पुलिस उपायुक्त (द्वारका) एम हर्षवर्धन ने कहा कि जांच के दौरान पुलिस ने लाभार्थी के बैंक खाते तथा पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर की जांच की तो पता चला कि वह जेना का है।
इसके बाद आरोपी के ठिकाने पर छापा मार कर उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।पुलिस ने बताया कि जेना, सह आरोपी निरंजन जेना के साथ मिल कर ठगी की रकम आधी आधी बांट लेते थे और शेष राशि एक अन्य साथी को दे देते थे।उन्होंने बताया कि आरोपी कई संस्थानों के कस्टमर केयर नंबर मुहैया कराने का विज्ञापन देते थे और जब भी कोई उनसे संपर्क करता था तो वे उसके साथ ठगी करते थे।

उन्होंने कहा की मुख्यमंत्री की बात को गलत नहीं ठहराया जा सकता है। निश्चित रूप से मुख्यमंत्री के पास कोई आधार और सबूत होंगे। बता दें, धौलपुर में सीएम गहलोत ने कहा था कि कांग्रेस के कुछ विधायकों ने सरकार गिराने के लिए अमित शाह से पैसे लिए थे। मैं उनसे कहना चाहूंगा कि वो उनके पैसे लौटा दें। इस बयान के बाद ही कांग्रेस में ज्यादा उथल पुथल मची हुई है।
Twenty-seven regional political parties received Rs 887.551 crore, or 76.14% of their total declared income, from unknown sources in 2021-’22, a report by the Association for Democratic Reform said on Tuesday.
The report also found that Rs 827.76 crore, or 93.26%, of the income from unknown sources came from electoral bonds.
Electoral bonds are monetary instruments that citizens or corporate groups can buy from a bank and give to a political party, which is then free to redeem them for money. The Centre first introduced electoral bonds in January 2018.
The Association for Democratic Reforms defined income from known sources as that for which donor details are available through contribution reports submitted to the Election Commission of India. Income from unknown sources is that which is declared in the annual audit reports, but the source of income is not given.
Currently, political parties have to disclose all donations above Rs 20,000 in their contribution reports.
The 27 regional parties analysed in the report on Monday had declared a total income of Rs 1,165.57 crore in 2021-’22. Of this, Rs 145.42 crore, or 12.48%, was from known donors.

Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has started accepting online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post of Homeopathic Medical Officer. Interested candidates can apply for the vacancies on the official website opsc.gov.in till June 16.
The OPSC recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 105 HMO posts.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: 21 years to 38 years as on January 1, 2023.
Educational Qualification: A candidate must have possessed the degree of bachelor’s in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) or equivalent degree from a recognised University or Institution recognised by Central Council of Homeopathy and must have recognised himself/ herself under the Odisha State Board of Homeopathic Medicines.
Examination Fee
There is no application fee.
Selection Process
The applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of written examination to be held at Cuttack/ Bhubaneshwar. More details in the notification.
