विधि
सबसे पहले आपकों प्याज काटना है और अब कड़ाही में सूजी डालकर उसे तब तक सेंके जब तक उसका कलर भूरा न हो जाए। सूजी सिक जाने के बाद एक प्लेट में निकाल ले। अब कड़ाही में तेल डालकर गर्म करें और उसमें राई डाल दें। चटकने के बाद उसमें प्याज डाल दें और मसाले डाले उसे 2 मिनट तक चलाने के बाद इसके बाद मटर डाल दें। मटर भून जाने के बाद इसमें सूजी डाले और इस मिश्रण में पानी डालकर उबाल आने दें। तैया है मटर उपमा

The Congress on Wednesday filed complaints with the Election Commission against the Bharatiya Janata Party leaders Amit Shah and Himanta Biswa Sarma, alleging that they violated the Model Code of Conduct in their speeches ahead of the Assembly polls next month.
A delegation of senior Congress leaders met Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar and presented a total of eight complaints to him. Two of the complaints pertain to Shah and Sarma’s speeches in Chhattisgarh.
In his speech on October 16, Shah had referred to the killing of a man named Bhuneshwar Sahu during communal violence in April. “To appease and protect their vote-bank, this Bhupesh Baghel government killed Chhattisgarh’s son, Bhuneshwar Sahu,” Shah had said, according to The Hindu.
The BJP has fielded Sahu’s father Ishwar Sahu as a candidate in the Chhattisgarh election.
On October 16, Congress MP Jairam Ramesh had said that Shah’s claims were false and were aimed at inciting communal violence. He said that the state government had taken prompt action and arrested the accused.
In the complaint against Sarma, the Congress referred to the Assam chief minister’s comments at a rally in Chhattisgarh’s Kawardha district on October 18. It said that he had a “clear cut intention to incite sections of society against one another”.

Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the interview call letters for the post of Assistant Prosecution Officer. Eligible candidates will be able to download their call letters from the official website bpsc.bih.nic.in.

इंटरनेट डेस्क। कांग्रेस की टिकटों के वितरण से पहले दिल्ली में बड़ी बैठक होने जा रही है। इसकों लेकर सीएम गहलोत भी दिल्ली पहुंच गए है। लेकिन जाने से पहले उन्होंने एक बड़ा बयान दिया है। उन्होंने जाते जाते एक बार फिर पायलट कैंप पर तंज कसा साथ ही उन्होंने अपने विधायकों पर लग रहे भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों का भी बचाव किया।
मीडिया से बातचीत में एक बार फिर से गहलोत ने राज्य सरकार पर 2020 में आए संकट को याद किया और कहा की यदि विधायक भ्रष्ट होते तो 10-10 करोड़ रुपए मिल रहे थे, क्यों नहीं लिए। आरोप लगाना किसी पर भी आसान होता है। उस वक्त राज्यपाल ने विधानसभा बुलाने का समय दिया तो विधायकों की रेट बढ़कर 10, 20 और 40 करोड़ तक पहुंच गई।
उन्होंने बिना नाम लिए कहा की उन्हें कुछ ही विधायकों की जरूरत थी। विधायकों की कुछ शिकायतें हो सकती हैं, लेकिन सभी भ्रष्ट नहीं होते। उन्होंने कहा कि उस समय जिन्होंने 30-35 करोड़ तक लिए उन्हें कोई नहीं देख रहा। मुख्यमंत्री ने केन्द्रीय मंत्री अमितशाह, धर्मेन्द्र प्रधान और गजेन्द्र सिंह शेखावत पर हमला बोलते हुए कहा कि मध्य प्रदेश, कर्नाटक और महाराष्ट की तरह राजस्थान की सरकार गिराने की कोशिश की। इन्हें प्रधानमंत्री का क्या आशिर्वाद प्राप्त था, वो पता नहीं।

भाजपा ने 200 सदस्यीय राजस्थान विधानसभा के चुनाव के लिए सात सांसदों समेत 41 उम्मीदवारों के नामों का ऐलान पहले कर दिया है। वहीं बाकी बचे 159 नामों के लिए लिए मंथन चला है। बताया जा रहा है की इस लिस्ट में कई सांसदों को टिकट दिया जा सकता है।

It wouldn’t be presumptuous to say that what artist Anirban Das has done here with the text (many of which are also taken from Ray’s unpublished poems) and the art is part re-imagining and part giving the old text a new life by putting it out there on the streets for people to interact with it, while they go about their daily business.

इंटरनेट डेस्क। आप के राज्यसभा सांसद राघव चड्ढा को दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिल गई है। बता दें की राघव चड्ढा को सरकारी बंगला खाली करने के आदेश पर दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने रोक लगा दी है। ऐसे में राघव को फिलहाल बंगला खाली नहीं करना होगा। दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने निचली अदालत के सरकारी बंगला खाली करने के फैसले पर रोक लगा दी है, अब हाईकोर्ट का अंतिम फैसला आने तक ये रोक जारी रहेगी।
बता दें की पिछले साल पंजाब से राज्यसभा सांसद राघव चड्ढा को टाइप-6 बंगला आवंटित किया गया था। इसके बाद राघव चड्ढा ने राज्यसभा के सभापति जगदीप धनखड़ को टाइप-7 आवास के आवंटन का अनुरोध करते हुए एक प्रतिवेदन सौंपा था। इसके बाद राज्यसभा सचिवालय ने राघव चड्ढा को नई दिल्ली में टाइप-7 बंगला आवंटित किया था।
लेकिन ये उन सांसदों के लिए होता है, जो पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री, राज्यपाल या मुख्यमंत्री रहे होते हैं। इसके बाद मार्च में उन्हें बताया गया कि आवंटन रद्द कर दिया गया है। क्योंकि टाइप-7 बंगला उनकी पात्रता के अनुसार नहीं था। राज्यसभा सचिवालय के फैसले के खिलाफ राघव चड्ढा कोर्ट पहुंच गए और अब हाईकोर्ट से उन्हें राहत मिल गई है।

इंटरनेट डेस्क। समलैंगिक शादियों को मान्यता देने की मांग को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बड़ा फैसला दिया है। इस फैसले के बाद समलैंगिक शादियां करने वालों को झटका लगा है। इस मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ले सुनवाई करते हुए कहा की समलैंगिक विवाह मौलिक अधिकार नहीं है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि ये विधायिका का अधिकार क्षेत्र है।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट की संविधान पीठ ने 3-2 से ये फैसला सुनाया। सेम सेक्स मैरिज पर फैसला सुनाते हुए चीफ जस्टिस डी वाई चंद्रचूड़ ने कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट विशेष विवाह अधिनियम के प्रावधानों को रद्द नहीं कर सकती।
सीजेआई ने अपना फैसला सुनाते हुए समलैंगिक शादी को मान्यता देने से इनकार कर दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि उनकी राय में संसद को समलैंगिक विवाह को मान्यता देने के मामले में फैसला करना चाहिए। उन्होंने समलैंगिक समुदाय के खिलाफ भेदभाव को रोकने के लिए केंद्र और पुलिस बलों को कई दिशा-निर्देश भी जारी किए।

Killers of the Flower Moon is “a story of complicity, silent complicity in certain cases, sin by omission”, Martin Scorsese said about his new movie at a recent global press conference. The revered 80-year-old director was replying to questions about his filmmaking approach, his attempt to accurately reflect Native American culture and his collaboration with the actors in the production.
The film has been adapted from American writer David Grann’s Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and the Birth of the FBI. The movie will be released in Indian theatres on October 27. It will be streamed later on Apple TV+.
Grann’s celebrated non-fiction book revisits a series of murders in Oklahoma in the 1920s among the Osage, a prominent Native American tribe. A group of white settlers plotted to rob the Osage of the wealth they were earning from the recent discovery of oil in the region. The conspiracy included marrying Osage women and killing them.
Scorsese’s adaptation stars Lily Gladstone as Osage heiress Mollie Burkhart, Leonardo DiCaprio as her husband Ernest Burkhart, Robert De Niro as key conspirator William Hale, and Jesse Plemons as Federal Bureau of Investigation agent Tom White. It was written along with Eric Roth.

इंटरनेट डेस्क। राजस्थान में मौसम ने अपना रुख बदल लिया है। पिछले कुछ दिनों से बारिश हो रही है। हालांकि मानसून की विदाई हो चुकी है। लेकिन पश्चिमी विक्षोभ के असर से ये बारिश हो रही है। बारिश के कारण मौसम में ठंडक घुल गई है। सुबह और शाम को अब सर्दी का अहसास होने लगा है।
हालांकि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में सर्दी का अहसास अक्टूबर के पहले सप्ताह से ही देखा जा रहा है। मौसम विभाग ने 15 अक्टूबर से मौसम मे बलाव की चेतावनी दी थी, लेकिन उससे पहले ही मौसम ने बदलाव दिखा दिया। वहीं बारिश के कारण प्रदेश में 10 डिग्री तक अधिकतम और 6 डिग्री तक न्यूनतम तापमान में गिरावट दर्ज की गई।
राजस्थान में मंगलवार को भी कई जिलों में बारिश हुई। जैसलमेर, जोधपुर, भरतपुर, बीकानेर, नागौर अलवर, श्रीगंगानगर जिलों में कहीं-कहीं मेघगर्जन के साथ हल्की से मध्यम बारिश हुई। वहीं 18 अक्टूबर से प्रदेश में मौसम के शुष्क बने रहने का भी अनुमान लगाया जा रहा है।

Same-sex couples face discrimination because they are not legally permitted to marry – but the legislature, not the judiciary, can provide them relief. This was the broad theme of the judgment delivered by the Supreme Court five-judge constitution bench on Tuesday.
The bench – comprising Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Justices SK Kaul, S Ravindra Bhat, Hima Kohli and PS Narasimha – had heard a batch of petitions in April and May demanding marriage equality for the queer community.
The judgement includes four opinions. All of them pay lip service to the idea of queer rights but offer little in terms of the actually achieving those rights. The only noteworthy change introduced in the order is its affirmation that transgender people can marry under India’s existing marriage laws.
Of the four opinions, the one by Bhat, on behalf of himself and Kohli, is the majority opinion since it is also fully endorsed by Narasimha’s opinion. As per judicial custom, the directions contained in the majority opinion are what the state is obliged to follow.
