मौसम निदेशक डॉ. बिक्रम सिंह ने बताया कि कुमाऊं के साथ ही चमोली, पौडी समेत कई जिलों में भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश का अलर्ट जारी किया गया है. 14, 15, 16, 17 जुलाई को पूरे राज्य में भारी बारिश की संभावना है.
उत्तराखंड में अगले चार दिनों तक भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश का पूर्वानुमान जारी किया गया है. नैनीताल, चंपावत, उधमसिंहनगर के लिए रेड अलर्ट और बाकी जिलों के लिए ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है. वहीं, गुरुवार को भी कई जिलों में भारी से मध्यम बारिश दर्ज की गई.
मौसम निदेशक डॉ. बिक्रम सिंह ने बताया कि कुमाऊं के साथ ही चमोली, पौडी समेत कई जिलों में भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश का अलर्ट जारी किया गया है. 14, 15, 16, 17 जुलाई को पूरे राज्य में भारी बारिश की संभावना है। 18 तारीख से करीब एक हफ्ते तक बारिश से राहत मिलेगी। लोगों से अपील है कि खराब मौसम में यात्रा करने से बचें और सुरक्षित स्थानों पर रहें. इस दौरान नदियां उफान पर हो सकती हैं या सड़कें बंद हो सकती हैं.
प्राचार्य स्वयं अवकाश घोषित कर सकेंगे
अब भारी बारिश या किसी अन्य आपदा की स्थिति को देखते हुए स्कूल बंद रखने का फैसला प्रिंसिपल खुद ले सकेंगे. इसके लिए अब जिला प्रशासन की अनुमति की जरूरत नहीं होगी. देहरादून के मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी प्रदीप कुमार ने इसके आदेश जारी कर दिये हैं. आदेश के मुताबिक 20 जुलाई तक सरकारी, गैर सरकारी और निजी स्कूलों के प्राचार्य या डीन भारी बारिश या खराब मौसम की स्थिति में स्कूल बंद कर सकेंगे.
आपदा से बचाव के लिए प्रशासन अलर्ट
देहरादून की डीएम सोनिका ने गुरुवार को आपदा प्रबंधन केंद्र का निरीक्षण किया. उन्होंने जिले भर में अतिवृष्टि से हुए नुकसान की भी जानकारी ली। साथ ही अधिकारियों को सक्रियता से काम करने का निर्देश दिया. उन्होंने कहा कि भारी बारिश और भूस्खलन की स्थिति में इलाके के एसडीएम स्कूलों की छुट्टी पर भी फैसला ले सकते हैं.
डीएम ने जिले में आपदा के दौरान सभी अधिकारियों को आपसी समन्वय बनाकर काम करने का निर्देश दिया. साथ ही सड़कें बंद होने पर तत्काल राहत और बचाव के निर्देश दिए गए. उन्होंने कहा कि सड़क बंद होने की सूचना अधिकारी तुरंत पुलिस और आपदा प्रबंधन को दें. आईआरएस से जुड़े सभी अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को सक्रियता बढ़ाने के लिए भी कहा गया.

इसके साथ ही किसी को ऑनलाइन पैसे भेजें तो ध्यान रहे कि सामने वाले व्यक्ति की पूरी जानकारी आपको हो। जानकारी गलत होने पर गलत बैंक खाते में पैसे जा सकते हैं। आप पैसे भेजने के लिए- एनईएफटी, आईएमपीएस, आरटीजीएस और यूपीआई आदि का उपयोग कर सकते है।

Several parts of Delhi remained flooded on Friday due to overflowing water from the Yamuna river. At many places, water gushed into homes as well as commercial establishments and roads were inundated.
At 10 am on Friday, the Yamuna water level decreased to 208.38 metres, but stayed above the danger mark of 205.33 metres, ANI reported. On Thursday evening, it had reached a record level of 208.66 metres, over a metre above the previous record of 207.49 metres registered in 1978.
Many areas in Delhi, including Rajghat as well as Mathura Road and Bhagwan Das road near the Supreme Court, remained submerged.

महंगाई भत्ता बढ़ा: केंद्र सरकार ने अपने कुछ कर्मचारियों का महंगाई भत्ता बढ़ा दिया है और उन्हें 1 जुलाई 2023 से बढ़े हुए डीए का लाभ मिलेगा। यह महंगाई भत्ता केंद्रीय सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उद्यमों के बोर्ड स्तर के अधिकारियों और पर्यवेक्षकों के लिए बढ़ाया गया है। सीपीएसई)।
किन कर्मचारियों पर लागू होगा बढ़ा हुआ DA?
सार्वजनिक उद्यम विभाग की अधिसूचना के अनुसार, डीए की नई बढ़ी हुई दरें सीपीएसई के उन अधिकारियों पर लागू होंगी जो बोर्ड स्तर के पदों पर हैं। बोर्ड स्तर से नीचे के पदों और गैर-संयुक्त पर्यवेक्षकों के लिए भी आईडीए पैटर्न को 1992 के वेतनमान से बढ़ाया और संशोधित किया गया है। यहां आप इसके बारे में जान सकते हैं-
संशोधित दरें कब लागू होंगी?
ये संशोधित दरें 1 जुलाई 2023 से लागू होंगी। 3500 रुपये प्रति माह के मूल वेतन पर डीए दर बढ़ाकर 701.9 फीसदी कर दी गई है, जो न्यूनतम 15,428 रुपये तय की गई है।
3500 रुपये से अधिक और 6500 रुपये तक मूल वेतन पर डीए दरें 526.4 फीसदी तय की गई हैं, जो कम से कम 24,567 रुपये होगी.
वहीं, 6500 रुपये से ऊपर और 9500 रुपये तक के मूल वेतन पर 421.1 फीसदी की डीए दर लागू की गई है, जो कम से कम 34,216 रुपये तक मानी जाएगी.
9500 रुपये से अधिक मूल वेतन पर 351.0 प्रतिशत महंगाई भत्ता लागू होगा, जो न्यूनतम 40,005 रुपये तक होगा।
भारत सरकार के सभी प्रशासनिक विभागों और मंत्रालयों को निर्देश दिया गया है कि इसे सभी सीपीएसई के अधिकारियों के लिए लागू किया जाएगा. इस अधिसूचना के तहत यह नियम सभी सीपीएसई के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण के लिए लागू होगा.
समय-समय पर महंगाई भत्ता बढ़ता रहता है
ध्यान रखने वाली बात यह है कि केंद्र सरकार और राज्य सरकारें समय-समय पर अपने कर्मचारियों और पेंशनभोगियों का डीए बढ़ाती रहती हैं ताकि वे बढ़ती महंगाई से मुकाबला कर सकें। सरकार अपने कर्मचारियों के जीवनयापन की लागत बढ़ाने के साथ-साथ उनके महंगाई भत्ते में भी बढ़ोतरी करती रहती है।

मीडिया रिपोटर्स की माने तो आरबीआई ने दो सहकारी बैंकों- कर्नाटक के तुमकुर स्थित श्री शारदा महिला सहकारी बैंक और महाराष्ट्र में सतारा स्थित हरिहरेश्वर बैंक के लाइसेंस रद्द कर दिए है। दोनों बैंकों के पास पास ;पर्याप्त पूंजी और कमाई की संभावनाएं नहीं के बराबर बची थी।
खबरों की माने तो हरिहरेश्वर बैंक के लगभग 99.96 जमाकर्ताओं को जमा बीमा एवं ऋण गारंटी निगम से उनका कुल जमा दिया जाएगा। वहीं, श्री शारदा महिला सहकारी बैंक के लगभग 97.82 प्रतिशत जमाकर्ताओं को डीआईसीजीसी से उनके जमा का पूरा पैसा वापस किया जाएगा।

एक बार में 200 रुपये का भुगतान कर सकेंगे
यूपीआई लाइट अकाउंट से यूजर्स एक बार में 200 रुपये तक भेज सकते हैं। इस सेवा में भुगतान के लिए किसी भी प्रकार का पिन दर्ज करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। यूपीआई लाइट का मकसद डिजिटल पेमेंट को आसान बनाना है। गूगल की ओर से बताया गया कि यूपीआई लाइट के साथ यूजर को तत्काल भुगतान के लिए एक दिन में 4,000 रुपये तक जमा करने की सुविधा मिलेगी। लेकिन एक बार में अधिकतम 200 रुपये ही भुगतान किया जा सकता है.

एनपीसीआई द्वारा डिजाइन किए गए इस फीचर में छोटे भुगतान करने के लिए यूपीआई पिन डालने की जरूरत नहीं है। आपको बता दें कि Paytm और PhonePe पहले ही अपने प्लेटफॉर्म पर यह सुविधा शुरू कर चुके हैं। वर्तमान में, 15 बैंक UPI लाइट का समर्थन करते हैं।

अब सरकार ने DA बढ़ोतरी बढ़ाने से पहले ही राज्य सरकार के कर्मचारियों को बड़ी खुशखबरी दी है. राज्य सरकार ने अब सरकारी कर्मचारियों की सेवानिवृत्ति की उम्र बढ़ाने की योजना बनाई है. जी हां…सरकारी कर्मचारियों की रिटायरमेंट की उम्र 60 से बढ़ाकर 65 साल की जा सकती है.

आपको बता दें कि ये फैसला जल्द ही यूपी की योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार ले सकती है. मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग को डॉक्टरों की सेवानिवृत्ति की उम्र बढ़ाने का निर्देश दिया है, जिसे जल्द ही लागू किया जा सकता है। सरकारी अस्पतालों में डॉक्टरों की रिटायरमेंट की उम्र फिलहाल 62 साल है, इसे बढ़ाकर 65 साल किया जा सकता है.
उम्र 3 साल तक बढ़ जाएगी.
डॉक्टरों की कमी को पूरा करने के लिए योगी सरकार ने ऐसा फैसला लिया है, जिसे जल्द ही लागू किया जा सकता है. अभी तक यूपी में सरकारी डॉक्टरों की रिटायरमेंट की उम्र 62 साल थी. उम्र बढ़ने के बाद कर्मचारियों को 3 साल और काम करना होगा.
मरीजों की परेशानी दूर होगी
सीएम योगी ने कहा कि डॉक्टरों की कमी से मरीजों को कोई परेशानी नहीं होनी चाहिए. इतना ही नहीं सीएम ने ग्रामीण इलाकों में 50 बेड के अस्पताल बनाने के भी निर्देश दिए हैं.
अस्पतालों का विकास तो होगा ही, साथ ही 50 बेड वाले अस्पतालों पर भी जोर दिया जा रहा है, ताकि आम आदमी को इलाज कराने में कोई दिक्कत न हो. उन्होंने कहा कि सभी सरकारी अस्पतालों में योग्य एवं कुशल डॉक्टरों की तैनाती की जानी चाहिए। इसके साथ ही अस्पतालों के विकास के लिए निजी निवेश को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए बेहतर नीति तैयार करें।

On June 4, an urs procession was underway in the Fakirwada area of Ahmednagar. Young men danced as a Haryanvi song, Baap Toh Baap Rahega, played in the background. As the procession wound its way to a dargah, a few men held up framed images of the 17th-century Mughal ruler Aurangzeb.
One of them was a 31-year-old law graduate from Ahmednagar. “Just like Shivaji Maharaj is an emperor for some, Aurangzeb is an emperor for others,” he told Scroll.
Once the video of the procession went viral, several Hindu outfits in Ahmednagar protested and demanded the police take action.
The Maharashtra police registered a case against the 31-year-old and three of his friends under Sections 298 and 505(2) of the Indian Penal Code, which relate to hurting religious feelings and promoting enmity between communities, among others. They were detained by the police for a day.
The law graduate, who says he is a member of the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen, does not regret holding up the image. “The Constitution gives us freedom to follow whoever we want,” he said. “We did not commit a crime by holding up Aurangzeb’s poster.”

Rahul Soni, associate publisher at HarperCollins India, is also an accomplished translator. His translation of Shrikant Verma’s renowned book of poetry, Magadh, was originally published in 2013. In May this year, the translation was revised and the second version was published by Eka, an imprint of Westland Books. In the same month, Penguin reissued Rahul Soni’s translation of Geetanjali Shree’s The Room Beneath Their Feet, ten years after it was first published.
A long-time translator and editor, Soni spoke to Scroll about revisiting Magadh after a decade, his translating philosophy, editing translations, and what makes him take on a translation project. Excerpts from the interview:
You have been translating for over a decade now. Tell me about what set you off on this journey.
