इंटरनेट डेस्क। आप के राज्यसभा सांसद राघव चड्ढा को दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिल गई है। बता दें की राघव चड्ढा को सरकारी बंगला खाली करने के आदेश पर दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने रोक लगा दी है। ऐसे में राघव को फिलहाल बंगला खाली नहीं करना होगा। दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने निचली अदालत के सरकारी बंगला खाली करने के फैसले पर रोक लगा दी है, अब हाईकोर्ट का अंतिम फैसला आने तक ये रोक जारी रहेगी।

बता दें की पिछले साल पंजाब से राज्यसभा सांसद राघव चड्ढा को टाइप-6 बंगला आवंटित किया गया था। इसके बाद राघव चड्ढा ने राज्यसभा के सभापति जगदीप धनखड़ को टाइप-7 आवास के आवंटन का अनुरोध करते हुए एक प्रतिवेदन सौंपा था। इसके बाद राज्यसभा सचिवालय ने राघव चड्ढा को नई दिल्ली में टाइप-7 बंगला आवंटित किया था।

लेकिन ये उन सांसदों के लिए होता है, जो पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री, राज्यपाल या मुख्यमंत्री रहे होते हैं। इसके बाद मार्च में उन्हें बताया गया कि आवंटन रद्द कर दिया गया है। क्योंकि टाइप-7 बंगला उनकी पात्रता के अनुसार नहीं था। राज्यसभा सचिवालय के फैसले के खिलाफ राघव चड्ढा कोर्ट पहुंच गए और अब हाईकोर्ट से उन्हें राहत मिल गई है।

इंटरनेट डेस्क। राजस्थान में दो महीने के बाद विधानसभा चुनाव है और इन चुनावों के पहले एक बार फिर से सीएम अशोक गहलोत ने एक बात को दोहराया है। बता दें की सीएम गहलोत ने एक इंटरव्यू में कहा की वो कांग्रेस के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष बनना चाहते थे, लेकिन नहीं बन पाने का मलाल भी है।

गहलोत ने इंटरव्यू में कहा कि राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष का पद मुख्यमंत्री के मुकाबले 100 गुना ज्यादा बड़ा है। गहलोत से पूछा गया कि क्या कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष बनने के ऑफर को स्वीकार ना करने का पश्चाताप है। उन्होंने कहा, मैं इसके लिए तैयार था। यह बहुत प्रतिष्ठित पद है, कौन कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष नहीं बनना चाहेगा। परिस्थितियां कुछ ऐसी हो गईं कि मैं नहीं बन सका।

सीएम ने सवाल के जवाब में कहा की यह गलत धारणा है कि मैं मुख्यमंत्री बने रहना चाहता था और पार्टी प्रमुख नहीं। मैंने इसे ठुकरा दिया यह पूरी तरह गलत है। सोनिया गांधी सच जानती हैं, मैंने उन्हें सब बताया। मैं इसमें नहीं पड़ना चाहता क्योंकि अब हम सभी को एक साथ चुनाव लड़ना चाहिए।

आप के प्रवक्ता ने कहा कि ऐसा मणिपुर और हरियाणा में किया जाना चाहिए। मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान द्वारा अपनी चिट्ठियों का जवाब नहीं दिए जाने से निराश होकर पुरोहित ने चेतावनी दी है कि, वह राज्य में संवैधानिक तंत्र के विफल होने की रिपोर्ट राष्ट्रपति को भेज सकते हैं।

मीडिया रिपोटर्स की माने तो राज्यपाल बनवारी लाल पुरोहित ने सीएम भगवंत मान को कहा है की संविधान के अनुच्छेद 356 और भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 124 के तहत अंतिम निर्णय लें या मुख्यमंत्री उचित कदम उठाएं। पंजाब में आप के मुख्य प्रवक्ता कहा कि सीएम मान नीत सरकार संवैधानिक सीमाओं के भीतर काम कर रही है।

Portions of Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s speech criticising the Narendra Modi government’s actions in violence-hit Manipur were on Wednesday expunged from the Lok Sabha records, The Indian Express reported.

His remarks pertaining to “Bharat Mata [Mother India]” and a reference to the Bharatiya Janata Party-led Centre were among those removed by the Lok Sabha Secretariat.

The Congress leader made these remarks in his first speech in the Lower House after being reinstated as the MP from Wayanad. He was reinstated three days after the Supreme Court stayed his conviction in a criminal defamation case.

Gandhi alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi did not visit the Northeastern state as he does not consider it to be part of India. “I used the word ‘Manipur’, but the truth of today is that Manipur does not exist anymore,” he added. “You have divided Manipur into two parts.”

He accused the BJP of “sprinkling kerosene everywhere and putting the country on fire”, and referred to last week’s communal violence in Haryana’s Nuh and Gurugram districts that left six persons dead.

After parts of Gandhi’s speech were expunged from the record, the Congress’ leader in the Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury described the decision as “gross injustice” and accused the government of denigrating Parliament.

A delegation of 21 MPs from the Opposition parties’ Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance, or INDIA, took off for Imphal on Saturday morning for a two-day visit of the violence-hit Manipur.

The delegation will make recommendations to the Central government and Parliament to resolve the problems in Manipur, PTI reported.

At a press conference on Friday, Congress MP and whip in Rajya Sabha Naseer Hussain said that the MPs from 16 parties will visit violence-hit areas in both the valley and the hills of Manipur. They will also visit two relief camps and meet Manipur Governor Anusuiya Uikey on Sunday morning.

The Congress government in Chhattisgarh on Saturday survived a no-trust motion moved by the Opposition Bharatiya Janata Party.

The no-confidence motion was defeated by a voice vote around 1 am after a debate that went on for 13 hours, The Hindu reported. The development took place on the last day of the Monsoon Session of the state Assembly.

The Congress has 71 MLAs in the 90-member Assembly, while the BJP has 13 legislators.

On Friday, the BJP had presented a 109-point “chargesheet” against the government, alleging that it engaged in corruption and failed to fulfil its election promises. BJP MLA Brijmohan Agrawal, who initiated the debate, alleged that the government had turned deaf and dumb and had become a “murderer of democracy”.

The party referred to protests by citizens from Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes against alleged instances in which people got jobs based on forged documents.

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, on the other hand, said that the “chargesheet” lacked facts, and through it, the BJP gave an opportunity to the government to showcase its achievements. He said that the Enforcement Directorate has been given enormous powers, which is not in the national interest, PTI reported.

The Madras High Court on Thursday annulled the 2019 Lok Sabha win of All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam MP OP Ravindhranath Kumar from Tamil Nadu’s Theni constituency, The Indian Express reported.

The court, however, kept its verdict in abeyance for a month to enable Kumar to file an appeal in the Supreme Court.

Kumar, the son of former Tamil Nadu chief minister O Paneerselvam, was the lone MP of the AIADMK and National Democratic Alliance to win the Lok Sabha polls.

A single bench of Justice SS Sundar passed the order on a petition filed by a voter, P Milany, who had challenged Kumar’s election on the grounds that he concealed his income sources in his election affidavit and bribed voters, reported The Hindu.

The petitioner alleged that the MP misused the government machinery and indulged in corrupt practices to secure victory. In 2019, O Paneerselvam was the deputy chief minister of the state.

Further, Milany said that Kumar’s election affidavit only mentioned agriculture and business as his business sources, and not the salary that he received as the director of a private company.

The Central Bureau of Investigation on Monday filed a chargesheet against Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav in an alleged corruption case, reported PTI.

The agency has also named Yadav’s parents – former chief ministers Lalu Prasad Yadav and Rabri Devi – and 13 other persons in the case.

This is the second chargesheet filed in the case. The first chargesheet was filed in October.

An unidentified official told PTI that the chargesheet has been filed on the basis of documents and evidence that surfaced after the first chargesheet was submitted in the case.

The case pertains to allegations that Yadav’s father, Lalu Prasad Yadav, took land from job aspirants in return for employment with the railways. The scam allegedly took place when Lalu Prasad Yadav was the Union Railway minister in the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance government.

The central agency has alleged that candidates were appointed as substitutes in Group D positions in the Railways within three days of applying in “undue haste”. The appointments were later regularised when the “individuals themselves or their family members transferred their land”, the agency alleged.

In March, the central agency had questioned Tejashwi Yadav, Lalu Prasad Yadav and Rabri Devi in connection with the case.

Last Sunday, Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh flew down to Delhi in a chartered aircraft to meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah. The meeting triggered intense speculation in Manipur with everyone seemingly asking the same question: was the Centre finally pulling the plug on Biren Singh’s chief ministership?

The meeting, after all, was held against a backdrop of an increasingly loud and widespread clamour for Biren Singh’s removal following ethnic clashes between the Meitei and Kuki communities that have paralysed Manipur since May 3. The clashes, which have since spiralled into a civil war, have claimed over a hundred lives.

Complaints galore

Only the previous day, an all-party meeting had been held to discuss the situation in the state. The Opposition spoke in a unanimous voice demanding that Biren Singh be sacked.

Before that, on June 17, nine of his colleagues from the Bharatiya Janata Party’s state unit – all of them from the Meitei community, as Biren Singh – had gone to the extent of submitting a memorandum to Prime Minister Narendra Modi asking for him to be replaced. The legislators had claimed that the people of the state “have lost complete faith” in the Biren Singh government.

Deo has been locked in a turf war with Baghel since June 2021. His supporters claim that there had been an agreement under which he was to serve as the chief minister for two-and-a-half years.

In June 2022, Deo had resigned as the panchayat and rural development minister, hinting he had been sidelined in the Baghel-led government. He has also publicly expressed his displeasure at not being given an “effective role” in the party, according to The Indian Express.

इस मामले में खुद गीता प्रेस की और से कहा गया है की पुरस्कार स्वीकार किया जा सकता है, लेकिन धनराशि को स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। इसका कारण यह है की गीता प्रेस किसी तरह का दान नहीं लेता है। किसी प्रकार का दान स्वीकार नहीं करता है। वहीं पुरस्कार को लेकर राजनीति भी शुरू हो चुकी है।

इंटरनेट डेस्क। राजस्थान में विधानसभा चुनावों के पहले मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने पशु पालकों के लिए अपनी तिजोरी के दरवाजे खोल दिए। सीएम ने लम्पी से मरी गायों का मुआवजा किसानों और पशु पालकों के खाते में सीधे ट्रांसफर कर दिया। सीएम ने जयपुर के सीतापुरा में तीन दिवसीय किसान महोत्सव की शुरुआत की और इस मौके पर उन्होंने 41900 किसानों के खातों में 175 करोड़ रुपए सीधे ट्रांसफर किए।

मीडिया रिपोर्ट की माने तो सीएम ने किसान को एक गाय की लंपी से मौत पर 40 हजार रुपए का मुआवजा दिया है। इस मौके पर सीएम ने कहा कि लम्पी से सरकारी सर्वे में 52 हजार गायों की मौत मानी गई, बचे हुए करीब 11 हजार किसानों के बैंक खातों की डिटेल अपडेट करके 15 दिन में मुआवजे का पैसा ट्रांसफर कर दिया जाएगा।

वहीं उन्होंने वहां बैठे किसानों और पशुपालाकों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा की अगर उनकी सरकार रिपीट होती है तो आंध्र प्रदेश की तर्ज पर पूरे प्रदेश में छोटे छोटे बांधों और एनिकट का जाल बिछा देंगे। जिससे खेत का पानी खेत में और गांव का पानी गांव में रहने लग जाए।
