“I think the economics of the world, the politics of the world, and the demographic of the world is making the world more multipolar.”

“The world is moving towards greater multi-polarity through steady and continuous re-balancing.”

“The Indo-Pacific is at the heart of the multipolarity and rebalancing that characterizes contemporary changes.”

“The United States is moving towards greater realism both about itself and the world. It is adjusting to multipolarity and rebalancing and re-examining the balance between its domestic revival and commitments abroad.”

Those are all comments by Indian External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar over the last few years. Indeed, Jaishankar is a big votary of the concept of multipolarity – the idea that the world is not dominated by just one power (the United States), or two (the US and China, just as it was the US and the United Soviet Socialist Republic during the Cold War), but is instead now seeing a global order with a number of powers that are somewhat equally matched in terms of economic and military capacity and influence.

Jaishankar sometimes speaks of the need for establishing a multipolar world. And sometimes his comments seems to suggest the world is already multipolar or will soon be there.

Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait on Thursday said that a delegation of khap representatives will meet President Draupadi Murmu to seek justice for the protesting wrestlers, reported PTI.

The athletes, including Olympic medallists Sakshi Malik and Bajrang Punia and two-time world champion medallist Vinesh Phogat, had been protesting in Delhi’s Jantar Mantar for more than a month demanding the arrest of Wrestling Federation of India head Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. He is accused of sexually harassing seven women players, including a minor.

Singh, who is also a Bharatiya Janata Party MP, has denied any wrongdoing. But the wrestlers have intensified their protest against him.

On Thursday, Tikait along with the khaps of Haryana held a mahapanchayat in Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar to support the wrestlers.

“Representatives of the khaps will meet the president and the government in support of the wrestlers and the fight will continue till they get justice,” the Bharatiya Kisan Union leader said. “If they do not take any decision, we will take the next step. But this fight will be fought. The girls and the khap will not lose. This injustice will not be done to them.”

The development came two days after farmer leader Naresh Tikait stopped the wrestlers from immersing their medals in the Ganga river.

The State does not owe loyalty to any religion and the Constitution does not want the religious majority to enjoy any preferential treatment, Supreme Court Judge Justice BV Nagarathna said on Monday, reported Live Law.

“The vision of the founding fathers was that a nation transcending all diversities of religion, caste and creed; to bring about a new social order based on justice, social, economic and political aspects,” she said.

Speaking at the the launch of a book titled Constitutional Ideals: Development and Realisation Through Court-led Justice, Nagarathna also noted that the the essence of fundamental duties is to achieve ideal citizenship for which one needs to practice the values of the Constitution, reported Live Law.

“Among the constitutional values, integrity is the highest,” the judge said. “But alas! With the passing of every year, integrity is losing its value in our total value system. Bribery, corruption and flaunting of ill-gotten wealth has become the order of the day and has been entrenched in Indian society.”

She added: “Disproportionate assets possessed by certain persons, especially by those in public life are hardly thought of as blackmarks in our Indian society.”

The judge also said that a country can only be as independent as its institutions like the Election Commission, judiciary, the central bank, among others, reported Bar and Bench.

प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने पुष्कर में ब्रह्मा मंदिर में पूजा अर्चना की। वह पुष्कर से हेलीकॉप्टर से जयपुर-अजमेर राजमार्ग पर स्थित कायड़ विश्राम स्थली जाएंगे, जहां वह जनसभा को संबोधित करेंगे।

जयपुर। राजस्‍थान सरकार ने बीकानेर, हनुमानगढ़ और गंगानगर जिलों में पक्के नहरी खालों का निर्माण और क्षतिग्रस्त खालों का जीर्णोंद्धार कराने का फैसला किया है। इसके लिए 162.95 करोड़ रुपये मंजूर किए गए हैं।

एक सरकारी बयान के अनुसार मुख्‍यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने तीनों जिलों में कार्यों के लिए 162.95 करोड़ रुपये की मंजूरी दी है।इस स्वीकृति के तहत हनुमानगढ़ के भादरा स्थित अमरसिंह ब्रांच, सिद्धमुख नहर व नोहर फीडर क्षेत्र और श्रीगंगानगर के सूरतगढ़ में पुराने क्षतिग्रस्त खालों के निर्माण में 112.95 करोड़ रुपये की लागत आएगी।

बयान के मुताबिक बीकानेर के नहरी खालों की मरम्मत में 50 करोड़ रुपये व्यय होंगे। इससे जलधाराएं एवं भूमिगत नालियों का कार्य शीघ्र हो सकेगा जिससे पानी की बचत होगी और खेतों को अधिक पानी मिलेगा।गहलोत सरकार द्वारा वर्ष 2023-24 के बजट में सिंचाई परियोजना के मरम्मत कार्य को लेकर घोषणा की गई थी।एक अन्य फैसले के तहत राज्य सरकार दौसा

जिले के लालसोट क्षेत्र में नवीन पशु चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय खोलेगी। मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने महाविद्यालय खोलने और संचालन के प्रस्ताव को स्वीकृति दी है।बयान के मुताबिक नया महाविद्यालय राजस्थान पशु चिकित्सा एवं पशु विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय बीकानेर के संघटक के रूप में संचालित होगा। महाविद्यालय में प्रथम वर्ष में अधिकतम 80 विद्यार्थियों को प्रवेश दिया जाएगा।

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday issued an appeal to Kuki groups to maintain peace for 15 days in Manipur, reported PTI.

The North Eastern state has witnessed ethnic clashes between Meiteis and Kukis since May 3 that have left at least 81 persons dead, over 200 injured and thousands displaced.

The home minister is on a three-day visit to Manipur. In a meeting with Kuki civil society groups and other tribal leaders in the Churachandpur district, Shah assured of dispatching more security personnel for the safety of people.

“He [Shah] assured a permanent political solution for the tribals of the state while asking for 15 days of peace, ” Indigenous Tribal Leaders Forum spokesperson Ginza Vualzong said, according to The Indian Express. “As requested, we will maintain peace. But we have to defend ourselves if we are being attacked.”

Hours after K Somokanta fled his home on the afternoon of May 3, it was burned down by a mob.

A teacher in a private school in Manipur’s Churachandpur town, Somokanta now lives in a “relief camp” in adjoining Bishnupur district’s Moirang sub-division. Twenty-three such camps – which have come up in schools, guest houses and market complexes – house nearly 5,000 Meiteis who were forced to escape rampaging Kuki mobs in Churachandpur since ethnic clashes broke out in the state earlier this month.

The same day, around 80 kilometers away in the Manipur valley, in Thoubal district’s Wangjing area, another mob set fire to an institution for underprivileged children run by A Robindro, a pastor in a church nearby. Strikingly, the arsonists were men from the Meitei community to which Robindro himself belongs.

A community ‘sandwiched’

In strife-torn Manipur, where clashes between the Meitei and Kuki communities since May 3 have left thousands of people homeless and more than 80 dead, one set of people has been at the receiving end of violence by mobs from both sides: Meiteis who follow Christianity, like Somokanta and Robindro. The community of around 3 lakh people are a minority among the Meiteis.

। राजस्थान में गहलोत और पायलट के झगड़े का पटाक्षेप भले ही मीडिया की नजरों में आलाकमान ने कर दिया हो लेकिन दोनों के मनों का मिलना मुश्किल है। यह बात तो साफ है की आलाकमान के डर से भले ही ये पायलट और गहलोत अपने आपको एक दिखाने की कोशिश करे लेकिन ये संभव है नहीं। दिल्ली दरबार में बैठकों के बाद यह कह दिया गया है की दोनों ने फैसला आलाकमान पर छोड़ दिया है।

लेकिन इस बैठक के पहले ही गहलोत ने एक और बयान देकर पायलट की टेंशन बढ़ा दी है। उन्होंन पायलट का नाम नहीं लिया लेकिन इशारों को कौन नहीं समझता है। सीएम अशोक गहलोत ने कहा किसी कार्यकर्ता की इतनी हिम्मत नहीं है कि वह कहे यह पद लूंगा। यह नहीं लूंगा। गहलोत ने कहा- ऐसे फॉर्मूले मैंने अपनी जिंदगी में कभी नहीं सुने। कोई नेता मांगे कि यह चीज मुझे मिल जाए या हाईकमान उसे ऑफर करें कि आप कौन सा पद लोगे? ऐसा रिवाज मैंने कभी कांग्रेस में नहीं देखा।

आपको बता दे की दिल्ली में पायलट और गहलोत के बीच होने वाली बैठक से पहले उन्होंने ये सारी बाते कही उन्होंने साथ में ये भी कहा की कांग्रेस में ऐसी स्थिति नहीं आई है कि आप किसी को मनाने के लिए पद ऑफर करो। गहलोत ने कहा- हाईकमान और कांग्रेस पार्टी आज भी इतना मजबूत है कि ऐसी स्थिति नहीं आई है। कांग्रेस बहुत मजबूत संगठन है। जानकारी के लिए बता दे की बीच में ये चर्चाए तेज हो गई थी की पायलट को राजस्थान कांग्रेस प्रदेशाध्यक्ष बनाया जा सकता है जिसके बाद वो सभी चीजे मान सकते है। इसी पर गहलोत ने ये बात कही है।

देर रात तक दिल्ली में कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष खरगे के घर चली बैठकों के बाद संगठन महासचिव केसी वेणुगापोल ने दोनों नेताओं को मीडिया के सामने लाकर एकजुटता से साथ चुनाव लड़ने की घोषणा की। मीडिया रिपोर्ट की माने तो चार घंटे चली बैठकों के दौर के बाद राजस्थान कांग्रेस के झगड़े को सुलझाने पर सहमति बन गई है।

हालांकि अभी तक पायलट की तीन मांगों और उनकी राजस्थान में सियासी भूमिका को लेकर कोई फार्मूला सार्वजनिक नहीं किया गया है। मीटिंग के बाद कांग्रेस नेता केसी वेणुगोपाल ने कहा दोनों ने फैसला हाईकमान पर छोड़ दिया है। राजस्थान में कांग्रेस मजबूत है।

दरअसल, कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे और राहुल गांधी ने सोमवार को दिल्ली स्थित कांग्रेस मुख्यालय में पार्टी नेताओं के साथ चुनावी तैयारियों को लेकर बैठक की थी। राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि बैठक में हमारी लंबी चर्चा चली। हमारा आंतरिक आकलन है कि हमें कर्नाटक में 136 सीटें मिली हैं। मध्यप्रदेश में 150 सीटें मिलने वाली हैं।

It is possibly for the first time in the history of Indian sports that Olympic medal winners are on the streets in protest against poor governance, financial irregularities and alleged sexual exploitation – more specifically in wrestling. Instead of applauding their courage and responsibility, the protesting athletes have faced hostility, defamation and outright condemnation by those in power.

The protest and mobilization against sexual harassment has exposed the deep malaise in the body politic of sports as well as Indian democracy. More than anything else, it has shown how the criminal justice system has been corrupted by years of political manipulation and the law has become a tool of oppression rather than an instrument for justice.

When the wrestlers first sat in protest at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar in January, they had thought that as the country’s top sporting figures, their voices would be heard, that it would give visibility to the issues that had troubled them for so long.

Already, there is an assumption that the voices of ordinary people, especially women, will not be heard unless backed by some authority.

Vinesh Phogat is the first Indian woman wrestler to win gold medals in both the Commonwealth and Asian Game.

Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh on Sunday said that around 30 people he claimed were militants have been killed by security forces during retaliatory and defensive operations in the state. He, however, did not specify when they were killed.

The chief minister said that the militants were using “sophisticated arms” against civilians. “A few of them have been arrested as well,” he said.

Violence had first broken out in the North Eastern state on May 3 after thousands participated in a protest march organized by the All Tribal Students’ Union of Manipur to oppose the demand of the majority Meitei community to be included in the Scheduled Tribe category.

The protestors included the Kukis, one of the larger tribal communities in Manipur. They have been at odds with the state government, and, in particular, the chief minister who the community claims harbor’s Meitei “majoritarian” sentiments. The clashes have left at least 74 persons dead and over 35,000 displaced.

Fresh violence was also reported in the northeastern state on May 24. Two days later, a mob, largely led by members of the Meitei community, had attacked the home of Union Minister of State for External Affairs and Education RK Ranjan Singh to express their anger against Wednesday’s unrest. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the new Parliament building in Delhi on Sunday morning. The prime minister unveiled a plaque to mark the occasion. The boycott by 19 Opposition parties of the inauguration of the new parliament building on Sunday has grabbed media attention. The Opposition’s contention is that the Indian president, as the constitutional head of the country, should inaugurate the new building – not the prime minister. The government has countered this by pointing to instances where additions to the parliament building such as the annexe were inaugurated by Indira Gandhi when she was prime minister.

However, this debate is somewhat pointless. It would be foolhardy to expect Prime Minister Narendra Modi, whose pet project is the new parliament, to let go the opportunity to bask in the limelight and extract maximum mileage from the event.

The Great Indian Political Drama continues as PM Narendra Modi not compromising with opposition. But issue is over debated with continues advertising. And this helped government to keep other issues….. Sorry real issues in dark. All Indian must rethink about Modi Era. The police have deployed thousands of officials and barricades have been put up in several areas of Delhi to stop wrestlers protesting at the Jantar Mantar from moving towards the new Parliament building which will be inaugurated later on Sunday morning, PTI reported.

It is being guarded by our security personnel,” a police officer told PTI. “CCTV cameras installed there are being constantly monitored. There are heavy barricades placed and to keep strict vigil on the activities and to ensure no one moves outside the venue…For each protester, we have deployed at least five police personnel,” a police officer said.

To some, the decision to omit President Droupadi Murmu, the constitutional head of state, from the ceremony was a major lapse.

The absence of the president from this significant national event has prompted many Opposition parities to boycott the Sunday’s ceremony.

Not everyone has been impressed by the Opposition’s protest.

What has drawn even greater mirth is the Bharatiya Janata Party’s decision to make the installation of a sengol or sceptre a key part of the inauguration ceremony. The party has claimed, with dubious historical sources to back up its contentions, that the sengol had been presented to the country’s first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru by British Viceroy Louis Mountbatten as a symbol of the transfer to power in 1947. It has been in a museum in Prayagraj since then.

नयी दिल्ली। केंद्रीय सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी और संचार मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव ने शनिवार को यहां कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व वाली सरकार की नीतियों और जमीनी स्तर पर उठाये गये कदमों के कारण भारत दो साल में दुनिया की चौथी सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था बनने के लिए तैयार है।

उन्होंने कहा कि मोदी सरकार के आने के बाद 2014 से देश में तेजी से सामाजिक और आर्थिक बदलाव आया है।रेल मंत्रालय की भी जिम्मेदारी संभाल रहे वैष्णव ने कहा कि भारत को विश्व स्तर पर एक आकर्षक स्थान के रूप में देखा जा रहा है और दुनिया भारत में अपना भरोसा जता रही है।

उन्होंने कहा कि 2014 में मोदी सरकार के आने के बाद भारत 10वें स्थान से 5वें स्थान पर आ गया और दो साल के भीतर देश दुनिया की चौथी सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था होगा।वैष्णव ने कहा, ”छह साल के भीतर भारत दुनिया की तीसरी सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था होगा।” वह मोदी सरकार के नौ साल पूरे होने पर आयोजित एक सम्मेलन में बोल रहे थे। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि 2047 तक भारत एक विकसित देश बन जाएगा।

बेंगलुरु। कर्नाटक में मुख्यमंत्री सिद्धरमैया के नेतृत्व में कांग्रेस की सरकार बनने के एक सप्ताह बाद शनिवार को 24 विधायकों को मंत्री के रूप में शपथ दिलाई जाएगी।

कर्नाटक सरकार में 34 मंत्री हो सकते हैं। मुख्यमंत्री सिद्दरमैया और उपमुख्यमंत्री डी के शिवकुमार सहित 10 मंत्रियों को 20 मई को शपथ दिलाई गई थी।मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय के मुताबिक, शपथ ग्रहण समारोह राजभवन में पूर्वाह्न 11 बजकर 45 मिनट पर होगा।समारोह का गवाह बनने के लिए भीड़ उमड़ने की संभावना को देखते हुए राजभवन और उसके आसपास सुरक्षा बढ़ा दी गई है।

कांग्रेस नेताओं के मुताबिक, वरिष्ठ विधायक एच के पाटिल, कृष्ण बायरेगौड़ा, एन चेलुवरायस्वामी, के वेंकटेश, डॉ. एच सी महादेवप्पा, प्रदेश कांग्रेस के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष ईश्वर खंडरे और प्रदेश कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष दिनेश गुंडु राव उन विधायकों में शामिल हैं, जो शनिवार को मंत्री पद की शपथ लेंगे।

उन्होंने बताया कि के एन राजन्ना, शरणबसप्पा दर्शनपुर, शिवानंद पाटिल, रामप्पा बलप्पा तिम्मापुर, एस एस मल्लिकार्जुन, शिवराज संगप्पा तंगदागी, डॉ. शरण प्रकाश रुद्रप्पा पाटिल, मंकल वैद्य, लक्ष्मी हेब्बलकर, रहीम खान, डी सुधाकर, संतोष लाड, एन एस बोसेराजू, सुरेश बी एस, पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री एस बंगारप्पा के बेटे मधु बंगारप्पा, डॉ. एम सी सुधाकर और बी नागेंद्र को भी मंत्री पद की शपथ दिलाई जाएगी।

कांग्रेस सूत्रों के अनुसार, लक्ष्मी हेब्बलकर, मधु बंगारप्पा, डी सुधाकर, चेलुवरायस्वामी, मंकुल वैद्य और एम सी सुधाकर को शिवकुमार का करीबी माना जाता है। कांग्रेस द्वारा जारी मंत्रियों की सूची में छह लिंगायत और चार वोक्कलिगा विधायकों के नाम हैं। वहीं, तीन विधायक अनुसूचित जाति, दो अनुसूचित जनजाति और पांच अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग (कुरुबा, राजू, मराठा, एडिगा और मोगावीरा) से ताल्लुक रखते हैं।

दिनेश गुंडु राव के रूप में ब्राह्मणों को भी कर्नाटक मंत्रिमंडल में प्रतिनिधित्व हासिल हुआ है।पुराना मैसूर और कल्याण कर्नाटक क्षेत्र से सात-सात विधायक, कित्तूर कर्नाटक क्षेत्र से छह और मध्य कर्नाटक से दो विधायक मंत्री के रूप में शपथ लेंगे।शुक्रवार रात जारी एक आधिकारिक बयान में कहा गया है कि मुख्यमंत्री सिद्दरमैया ने वरिष्ठ और कनिष्ठ विधायकों को उचित सम्मान देने के साथ-साथ जाति और क्षेत्रीय समीकरणों का ध्यान रखकर मंत्रिमंडल में संतुलन कायम किया है।

बयान में यह भी कहा गया है कि कैबिनेट में आठ लिंगायत होंगे। इनमें समुदाय के विभिन्न उप-संप्रदायों को प्रतिनिधित्व दिया गया है।बयान में कहा गया है कि कैबिनेट में शिवकुमार सहित पांच वोक्कालिगा होंगे।कैबिनेट में अनुसूचित जाति के नौ मंत्री होंगे।हालांकि, कर्नाटक में मंत्रियों को अब तक विभागों का आवंटन नहीं किया गया है। मंत्री के एच मुनियप्पा ने कहा कि मंत्रियों के विभागों की घोषणा शनिवार शाम तक की जा सकती है।

सिद्दरमैया और शिवकुमार पिछले तीन दिनों से राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में थे और उन्होंने मंत्रिमंडल विस्तार पर पार्टी नेतृत्व से कई दौर की चर्चा की।अखिल भारतीय कांग्रेस कमेटी (एआईसीसी) के महासचिव के सी वेणुगोपाल और रणदीप सुरजेवाला सहित शीर्ष केंद्रीय नेताओं के साथ सिद्दरमैया और शिवकुमार की घंटों लंबी बातचीत के बाद 24 मंत्रियों के नाम तय किए गए।कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे और पार्टी के पूर्व प्रमुख राहुल गांधी ने मंत्रियों की सूची पर अंतिम मुहर लगाई।

इससे पहले कर्नाटक के दोनों नेताओं सिद्धरमैया और शिवकुमार ने राज्य में सरकार बनने के बाद पहली बार सोनिया गांधी से मुलाकात की थी।सूत्रों ने बताया कि संभावित मंत्रियों के नामों को लेकर सिद्धारमैया और शिवकुमार के बीच मतभेद उभरे थे, लेकिन चर्चा के दौरान इन्हें सुलझा लिया गया।इस बीच, कांग्रेस के कई नेता नए मंत्रियों के शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में हिस्सा लेने के लिए दिल्ली से बेंगलुरु रवाना हो गए हैं। हिमाचल प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू और उनके झारखंड के समकक्ष हेमंत सोरेन भी शनिवार के कार्यक्रम में शिरकत करेंगे।

नयी दिल्ली। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने शनिवार को जवाहरलाल नेहरू की पुण्यतिथि पर उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि दी।

भारत के पहले और सबसे लंबे वक्त तक पद पर रहने वाले प्रधानमंत्री, नेहरू का 1964 में निधन हो गया था।

मोदी ने ट्वीट किया, ;;हमारे पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरू की पुण्यतिथि पर मैं उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि देता हूं।

Free Ration: कौन सुनेगा दरिद्रो के मन की बात

जयपुर। ज्यादा समय पुरानी बात नही है। यही की दस बारह साल पहले की यह कहानी है। कच्ची बस्ती से लेकर पॉश कॉलोनी…राशन की दुकानें कही ना कहीं दिखाई दे जाती थी। किसी को गेहूं चाहिए था तो किसी को चीनी या फिर दाल औरचाय की पत्ती जैसे जरूरी आइटम गरीबों तक सस्ती दरों पर मिल जाय ,इसके लिए राशन की दुकानों ने अच्छा काम किया था।

इसी का परिणाम था कि इस सुविधा को लेकर लोगों में विश्वास लोटने लगा था। मगर तभी प्रशासन ने एक नई व्यवस्था को आम जानो के कन्धों पर थोप दिया। उनका मकसद साफ था। इन गरीबों के हक की रोटी को मुसीबतों के जाल में फंसा दिया जाए। इसी कड़ी में सरकार के निर्देश थे की बोमेट्रिक मशीन में उस की उंगली का निशान जब तक नहीं लगेगा तब तक उसे राशन के आइटम नही मिलेंगे।

देखा जाय तो योजना बुरी भी नही थी।मगर हर बात के दो पहलू हुआ करते है।लोगों ने योजना का विरोध शुरू कर दिया।बापूनगर जैसी पौष कॉलोनी की राशन की दुकान एका एक लुप्त हो गई है। दुकान कहां गई। इसके संचालक कहां भूमि गत हो गए।गणेश नगर कॉलोनी में रह रही श्रमिक महिला के पास इसका जवाब है। वह बताती थी, उन दिनों राशन की इन दुकानों पर बासमति चावल की किनकी जो बहुत सस्ती और हाई क्वालिटी थी,उसका वितरण किया जा रहा था।

इसी चक्कर में कुछ लोगों ने राशन की इस दुकान को ही हाई जेक कर लिया। बापूनगर के निवासी भटकते रहे,आज तक भी इस दुकान अता पता नहीं हैं।चाय चीनी के अलावा चावल और तूर की दाल की कहानी दिलचस्प है। शुरू में इसका स्वाद लोगों को पसंद आया। लंबी लाइन को परेशानी को भोग कर भी इन आय टमो को खरीदने लगे। राशन की दुकानों के अनेक संचालक बईमानी पर उतर आए।

जनता का राशन लोगों तक पहुंचने की अपेक्षा अनाज मंडी में लेजाकर मंहगी दरो पर बिकने लगा। आम जनता जब भी इन दुकानों पर जाया करती थी,तब या तो इन दुकानों पर मोटा ताला लटका मिलता था अथवा स्टाक में नहीं होने का फरमान सुनाया जाता था।पार्षद, पोस्ट वार्डन से जवाब मांगा गया, मगर वे भी हैरान थे। झालाना basty की महिला ने बताया की उनकी बस्ती की एक अधेड़ महिला ने बताया की उसे हाई ब्लड प्रेशर रहता है।इस पर चलने फिरने में दिक्कत होती है।

सरकार की नई व्यवस्था में इन दुखियारों को राहत देने जैसी कोई सुविधा ना होने पर वे दुखी रहने लगे। हमने कौशिश की ओर अपनी मजबूरी बताई मगर कोई रहम नहीं बख्शा गया। परिवार के मुखिया के प्रतिनिधि को भी सरकारी राशन नहीं दिया। किया,मगर अम्मीजान को राशन की दुकान तक जाकर अपनी मैया का पिछले चार माह से सकीना के परिवार को राशन का अनाज नहीं मिला है।

यह बात केवल सकीना अकेली इस समस्या की शिकार नही हुई है। बहुत से लोग इस पीड़ा को झेल रहे हैं।बापू नगर के लोकल नेता कहते है कि राशन कार्ड परिवार के मुखिया के नाम पर ही बनता है। इन में अनेक लोग अवस्था अधिक होने पर चल फिर नही सकते। उनकी उंगली के चमड़ी खराब हो जाने पर बायोमेट्रिक मशीन फिंगर प्रिंट मैच नहीं कर पा रही है। बिना मैचिंग के पीड़ित परिवार को राशन का सामान नहीं मिल रहा है।
